Im Rahmen der Pflegeausbildung nimmt die praktische Ausbildung einen größeren Raum ein als die theoretische. Während die theoretische Pflegeausbildung zunehmend strukturiert wird, gibt es zur praktischen Ausbildung sowie zum Qualifikationsprofil von Praxisanleiter/-innen nur wenige Vorgaben und Anforderungsbeschreibungen. Der praktischen Ausbildung fehlt es daher an Transparenz und Einheitlichkeit. Die Autoren stellen zentrale Probleme, Anforderungen und Best-Practice-Beispiele aus der Sicht von Pflegepädagogik, Praxisanleiter/-innen und Auszubildenden heraus und tragen somit zu einer konstruktiven Debatte über die Überarbeitung der praktischen Pflegeausbildung bei.
