The living room of DANIEL and OLIVER’s two bedroom, privately owned flat in a council estate in Shadwell, London. Large windows give onto the London skyline.
DANIEL, OLIVER and PRIYA.
PRIYA is heavily pregnant, due any day.
PRIYA is watching DANIEL and OLI play ‘Pin the sperm on the egg’. DANIEL and OLIVER are at opposite ends of the room with the poster of the egg on the wall. They are wearing blindfolds. They spin around.
PRIYA | Seven. |

DANIEL and OLIVER take confused and dizzy steps towards where they think the poster is.

Daniel, you’re a bit warmer. | |
OLI | What about me? |
PRIYA | Cold babes. |

DANIEL | And me? |
PRIYA | Hotter. |
DANIEL and OLIVER find themselves close and grope each other, part to help orientate themselves, part to enjoy copping a feel.
DANIEL | Hello. |
PRIYA | Now that’s hot. |
OLI | This is what he does, Priya, you’ve got to watch him. He’ll be just about to lose then he’ll get all frisky. |
DANIEL | Never lost a game of Monopoly yet. |
OLI | We’ve never finished a game of Monopoly yet. |
PRIYA | I’ll have given birth by the time you’ve found it. |
DANIEL | Hot or cold now? |
PRIYA | Hot Hot Hot. |
OLI | And me? |
PRIYA | Hotter, hotter hotter. |
