Section 1
BRANCH, SERVICE, AND FEEDER ROUGH-IN
This section includes manhour time frames covering the installation of boxes, fittings, conduits, etc. required for roughing in electrical lighting and power systems for a process or industrial plant.
Throughout the tables, consideration has been given to all necessary labor for operations such as unloading, handling, and installing, that one might expect to encounter for this type of work. The tables include time allowances for general foreman through apprentice.
The manhour tables that follow are average of many projects of varied nature and include time allowances for particular operations or blocks of work in accordance with the notes there-on.
Before applying the manhour units in this or any section, we caution the estimator to be thoroughly familiar with the Introduction of this manual.

For individual heights greater than 25 feet increase manhours 10% for each additional 5 feet or fraction thereof.
