Die vorliegende Neuauflage wurde aktualisiert und somit in Teilen geĂ€ndert und ergĂ€nzt, insbesondere wurden die umfangreichen Änderungen durch das EU Company Law Package und das vierte Gesetz zur Änderung des UmwG eingearbeitet.
