In questo senso, anche la mancanza di una biblioteca a scuola o la mancanza di aggiornamento o diversificazione della collezione ostacola lo sviluppo dell'abitudine alla lettura. Data l'importanza di instaurare l'abitudine alla lettura in una fase in cui l'individuo non è piÚ un bambino, ma nemmeno un adulto, l'obiettivo generale di questo studio è quello di sviluppare un breve studio sui best-seller e identificare le caratteristiche della lettura nel pubblico adolescenziale proponendo attività per incoraggiare la lettura adatta a questo pubblico nella biblioteca scolastica privata. In particolare, verranno affrontati i seguenti punti: Identificare le esigenze degli adolescenti delle scuole elementari e delle scuole superiori nella ricerca della lettura, e se la praticano attraverso l'accesso e l'uso della biblioteca scolastica o attraverso altri mezzi; Proporre alternative per incoraggiare la lettura e la formazione del lettore, attraverso la biblioteca scolastica.
