Num cenário de mudanças climáticas e de crimes ambientais de grandes proporções como os de Mariana, Brumadinho e o vazamento de óleo do Nordeste brasileiro, cada vez mais há uma necessidade premente de uma mudança de pensamento do próprio sistema capitalista e de sua sociedade de consumo, e ela pode se iniciar nos municípios.
