About This Book

This book facilitates one's understanding of cardiovascular disease and the known risk factors associated with it and several steps have been outlined on how we are able to protect ourselves against it.

We have observed two outstanding properties of the heart in that it is composed of tissue, which does not get fatigued, and it is not under the control of our will. There is a discussion on the miseducation perpetuated around cholesterol, the role and safety of statins have been questioned and evidence of its toxicity has been displayed, and the differences in the composition of the clots found in arteries and veins presents a logical argument to explain why the mechanism for their occurrence is different.

The series is designed to equip the reader, with necessary tools to help them reclaim their health and begin to function in a state of optimal health. It is easily understandable, so that the least medically inclined among us can read, understand, and enjoy implementing the concepts on their personal journey to reclaiming their health.

While the author continues to help others, he thought that sharing his medical knowledge gained over his years of practice allows for an extension of his service by placing in the hands of who so ever will, bite size portions of easily digestible tools to help humanity reclaim their health. This book on Cardiovascular Disease is the third in a 12-book series designed to helping individuals reclaim their health.
