He argues that progress must include the recognition of the essentially organic nature of the economy and that it will proceed through the level of understanding of all engaged in the development of participation. He advocates a variety of practical proposals, including the contractual sharing of added value. This is a book which everyone interested in industrial participation and capital theory should read, whether in the academic world, in management, in government or on the shop floor.
