About This Book

Le changement organisationnel associé à l'implantation et l'utilisation des systèmes d'information (SI) se réalise par la transformation des processus d'affaires, des tâches, et la reconfiguration de la structure organisationnelle de l'entreprise. Ainsi, l'implantation de nouvelles applications SI dépasse considérablement la dimension technique qui caractérise l'informatique pour englober des facteurs humains, organisationnels et stratégiques. Les principales finalités de cette recherche sont la connaissance et la compréhension du processus d'implémentation d'un progiciel CRM (gestion de la relation client) et les changements organisationnels associés. La construction d'un cadre d'analyse cohérent a constitué notre première préoccupation. Le cadre théorique est centré sur une fonction clé constituée par le management de projet. Le processus d'implémentation du CRM ne se réalise pas dans un vide organisationnel, il est confronté au terrain empirique au travers d'une étude de cas longitudinale du processus d'implémentation du CRM dans une grande entreprise du secteur des télécommunications et Internet en France.
